If you’ve ever visited West Chelsea Veterinary, then you have seen our cat adoption condos located near the front door of the practice. Housed in the condos are fabulous felines looking for their forever homes.

orange cat in cat condoWest Chelsea Veterinary is proud to support many of New York City’s animal rescue organizations including City Critters, Angelical Cats, Stray from the Heart, Urban Cat League, Metropolitan Maltese Rescue, NYC Shiba Rescue, Bronx Tales, and Bully Project, to name a few.

Cat Adoption

The cats in our cat condos generally come from one of these supported groups with the goal in mind to adopt an animal in need into a loving forever home. If you’d like to visit the cats in our cat condos, please stop by for a visit. Should you decide to adopt any of these fantastic felines, we will be glad to facilitate the adoption process and connect you with the cat’s sponsor group.

Also, please ask about any additional cats that may be available for adoption but are not currently in the condos. Not every cat enjoys the spotlight of the reception area in our busy veterinary hospital. Instead, some prefer the quiet environment at the back of the hospital. They, too, would love to meet you and woo you with their charms.
